But if you are absent on Friday and also on coming monday then only the question arises whether u r absent on sundaif u were absent on friday

then u r considered absent for friday only provided u join on coming monday

this should be the normal policy

but if your employer is having written policy regarding the same as in ur case then we have to follow that
