The previous answers are excellent, but I could add advice as well.

I would read the newspaper daily. Keep up with events in your town.

I would become active in the community, because you can meet some pretty amazing people that will tell you stories that will make you think. And I bet you will be amazed at their wisdom.

I would do a crossword puzzle once a day.

I would watch a variety of television programs – I know most folks will not agree with that, but TV can offer anything from cooking to the stock market to in depth NASA.

I would recognize the computer for what it is, a tool. Use it, but nothing will compare to life experiences.

If nothing else, you could become a Renaissance man. Go for it!

The best way to learn anything is to share what you do know with others who know different things. That your no longer the smartest may be because you depend on your computer more than you should. Experience is the best teacher, especially for young minds because you can obsorb more than what is taught. Develop all the skills, social, introspective, and physical before you begin to rely on the machine if you want to be smartest again. The language of any computer will mean more to the users when relates apply to real refrences.

“Smart” is a related to native ability. It sounds like you want to know more stuff, which is achievement. The simple answer is read. Read the Wall Street Journal since it is about economics and politics, read Smithsonian, read Science News, read the International Herald Tribune, and read things that these papers and magazines refer to.

Customize a search engine to look for topics of interest just for you, and read new material weekly.
