how do i help my son to go to school on time.and get better in school.?
he dosnot want to go to school at all.he dos not do his homework evr.he dos not want to get up on time. teaks me a good 2 hours to get hem going to scool for the fast 3 years .he can not go to sleep on time. i been trying my best to be a good mother.but nothing is working . he is 16 years olde.i do not know what to do. my family is seaying that i am just westing my time on hem. one thing that is good abut hem no drog.

There may be a deeper reason why he might not want to go to school. Talk to his teachers and ask your son what is going on—does he have friends? High school is tough time for many adolescents and he may be going through a difficult time. Not sure if this is a factor, but if he has an IEP the school can & must provide programs for him such as teaching him vocational skills.

First things first, you can never be wasting time on a person. Now that I have said that, try and find something he likes at school. Wood shop, auto shop, welding, Ag anything! My little brother was like that until he got interested in welding. He is now even in college for welding. There is definitely hope. Just find something that he likes and help him get plugged into it. He will motivate himself after that.
