My sister is actually currently doing this through www.pheonixuniversity.com And not only is it obviously cheaper than it would be to go to an actual classroom every day, it seems to be easier for her. She gets online for her classes everyday and has opportunies to talk to her teachers every day with or without questions. They also have boards set up to post questions or anything else you might wish.

Personally, I’m doing correspondence as well but through another school (www.ashworthcollege.com) and mine is a little more laid back because it’s at my own pace, but I prefer it that way since I’ve done homeschooling since I was 15.

All in all, while most colleges will try to deter you from entering an online school, I suggest it for those people who A. don’t have the resources to go to a school everyday and B. don’t have the time.

If you are thinking of entering an online program you should make sure it’s everything you want first. Some schools, like my sisters, still have classes and deadlines for their “homework” while others, like mine, are at your own pace. So it all depends on your lifestyle and what you can currently give to your studying.

Good Luck. 🙂

It would probably be a bit more difficult on line because it’s harder to ask questions or for the teacher to know you need help than in a classroom.

I think I’ve become less bothered with face to face conversations as I find it easier to chat online, I wouldn’t say I find it more difficult to interact face to face, I’m just lazy!
