A little elaboration on the criteria would be helpful, but whatever. I don’t know if this is a worksheet question, or what. If this is you writing, I don’t know if you want this particularly tone, but it makes it sound you’re being… condescending, almost, on people who enjoy cold showers. Just remove the “actually”.

Grammarily, it’s “a”, if it’s a worksheet. 🙂
