Diploma or AAS?
Where I live, I’m looking at about $11-13/hour when I finish college, no matter which degree I get. I’m seeking answers from current office professionals, would you, if hiring, prefer someone with a diploma or AAS degree from a community college? I will graduate this year with a diploma, and I’m not sure with the amount my loan payments will be if it is wise to continue to get my AAS for another year.

A degree is always better.
If financing another year of college is a problem, and you can get a good job with only a diploma, I’d suggest continuing your education part time. You shouldn’t have a problem affording to pay for one or two classes per semester. And better still, many employers will even pay your tuition for some of those classes!
