Honestly I think voting should be a privlidge not a right. To violate a law does not demonstrate maturity or accurate knowledge to make an informed decision. Most would be biased in their decision. I believe that if someone can deomonstrate a means to progress in life they can earn the privledge back but to allow anyone the right to vote would create and unbiased view.

When they are on parole they still have no rights to vote

Some say that since you committed a felony against the country you should not be allowed to vote and I disagree because everyone makes mistakes. ****, the President makes worse ones everyday but never gets prosecuted.

For: Felons vote heavily Democratic (85%).

Against: Felons have shown themselves to be anti-social.

Personally, I think they should be allowed to vote. They are still serving their time, they are still being punished, what is the use in denying them their right to vote?
