I’ve taken BYU Independent Study classes for high school and later for university credit and had a generally good experience. This requires a great deal of self-motivation so… be prepared to discipline yourself. Also, be aware that these classes are NOT easier than traditional education. They usually involve much more study time and the tests can be especially challenging. I don’t want to know how many people buy these classes and end up not finishing because they couldnt discipline themselves:s The classes themselves are good and will teach you a lot. Like at any school, some classes are harder then others. Good luck with your academic journey!
