A few days ago
Health class was a huge waste of time for me. At that time, the class was politically motivated by the administration. Only certain subjects could be discussed and they had to be presented in a way that didn’t include “reality.”
In the end, I learned about life by simply living it — thank God I was smart enough not to make poor decisions along the way.

Almost all of my education courses (the ones I had to take to become a teacher) were a complete waste of time and money. Most teachers I know feel the same way.

It you were “forced” to take it (i.e. a requirement for graduation), it is not a waste of time because you have to to take it no matter what. (or you can’t graduate) In my opinion, elective classes that are irrelevant to your career goals would be a waste of time.
