An American wanting to go to COLLEGE in Britain?

Hi,

I’m a FRESHMAN in high(-) (NO HYPHEN) school and even though it may be TOO early to start thinking about it, I (I IS ALWAYS CAPITALIZED) want to go to COLLEGE. But not just any COLLEGE, I really want to go to SCHOOL IN ENGLAND. I’ve been studying European (NO CAPITALIZATION OH HISTORY) History for the past 3 years, and I want to get closer to the actual places that the EVENTS took place (in) (DELETE). Since I speak English (as a my main language) (DELETE), Britain is the best choice. I know that many European (S) don’t like Americans because they think we are stupid, but I know that I’m not so (I’m) i’m willing to take any criticism they throw at me. (PLEASE) Pease, if anyone could tell me what a (CAPITALIZE THIS) british COLLEGE wants (REQUIRES) in a student, what (I) i will have to do in order to get there (NO COMMA HERE), and if you know where i (I) can contact someone at the COLLEGE(NO PERIOD HERE – A COMMA INSTEAD) . I really want to go so please help.

P.S. (I) i would prefer a COLLEGE in London.

I would love for you to be able to go to school in London and I think a great way to handle the language differences is to pick up an English-British Dictionary. It’s fun and very informative. The next thing would be to do a search on college’s and universities in and around London and look up their requirements for foreign students. After that, write and ask them to send you any and all information needed to make an informed decision along with the necessary applications for enrollment. You’re not at all early as it pertains to foreign schooling. You might try and take a semester or a year in London as an exchange student. Your guidance counselor can help greatly in this. Good luck!
