Some people consider the whole numbers to be the same as the integers. If that is the case then you would have all the negative even integers. See how your teacher defined a whole number.

1/2 {x|x is an irrational number} – I’m not sure what you are looking for in this problem. There is no way to list all the irrational numbers, and I don’t know what the 1/2 means in the front.

The quotient of twice a number and thirteen = 2n/13

If we take “whole numbers” to mean the set of positive integers, then the set of even whole numbers less than 7 is: {2, 4, 6}
