x-2x+3=3-x

-x+3=3-x Here you take the -2x value and add x

-x+3= -x+3 Here we rearranged the values

-3 -3

—————–

-x= -x

x1 x1

———–

x=x

Inequality – A mathematical equation containing either a greater than, less than or not equal to symbols.

So therefore, this isnt an inequality…hopes this helps.

It isn’t an inequality since there are no inequality signs in it.

It is true for any value of x (for example, put x = 5; then

5 – 10 + 3 = 3 – 5

With a bit of mucking about you can rearrange the left hand side and get the right hand side.

What you have here is an identity (not an equation).

This is an equality with an = sign

x – 2x + 3 = 3 – x

what you do on one side you can do to the otherside of the = sign:

x – 2x + 3 = 3 – x

-3

x – 2x = -x

now x-2x = -x

-x = -x

or

x=x

there is a solution space here of all numbers (and objects), for every number will equal itself.

Get all the x’s on one side and all the numbers on the other, and watch the sign changes.

x-2x+3 = 3-x

x+x-2x =3-3

2x-2x =3-3

0 = 0

easy. follow these steps:

x-2x+3=3-x

simplify

-x+3=3-x

add x to one side

3=3

that means theres many solutions.
