You can use the Slope-Intercept form meaning Y=mx+b; (x,y), m is the slope and b is the y-intercept. So first you find the slope using the slope formula (x1, x2) (y1, y2) (y2-y1)/(x2-x1) In your case it would be (9-2)/(3+2) = 7/5. Then plug in one of the coordinates so lets use (-2, 2) which would be 2=7/5(-2)+b. Find b which would be…Then y=7/5x+(whatever b is)

Y2-Y1/x2-X1
(9-2)/(3-(-2)=7/5
Then use point slope equation
y-2=7/5(x-(-2)
