1. AIDS in Africa: Should the US provide money and supplies for AIDS treatment and prevention; Should the US provide money for building treatment centers etc.

2. The War in Darfur: Should the US or the UN send in peacekeepers or even militants to rid this section of their conflicts; Should the US provide aide to the refugees from this war

3. Water: There are still some sections of this country without a water supply? Should someone step in and start building wells for these remote sections of Africa?

4. Food Supply: Similar to above, but use agriculture instead of water supply

5. Education: Should schools be established and funded throughout either private or public funds from the US?

There are so many more issues, but at this moment, these are the major issues that come to mind. If you google any of these, you are bound to come up with hundreds of sites to provide you with great info. My suggestion would be to stay away from the AIDS issue because it is the most popular and most spoken about. I would suggest using Darfur, and I know there are various groups in the US that support assistance in Darfur.
