Looking for literature / journals on past young adult librarian’s. Trying to find information on what their duties and outlook was back then compared to young adult librarian’s today. Any information that can be found.

Look for some associations such as the American Library Association as well some other countries to see if they any links or information sites available. Also interview some older (over 50) librarians who have been in the industry for years to get their prospective from when they first entered that field.
