For one thing you are getting an education for free that cost the government anywhere between $7,000 to $15,000 a year. We are the oldest continuous democracy in the world.

We have one the highest standards of living in the world. We help many people who cannot afford to live without government assistance.

We strive to further democracy in the world and help countless numbers of people in other nations.

You can freely criticize our President and all other officials. If you do not like a public official and enough others agree with you that person will be voted out of office.

Our constitution giantess us individual liberties such as freedom of speech and press ant the right to practice whatever religion that we see fit.

W are not perfect but we are getting better. We do have room for improvement but that was not your question.

I am glad that your teacher gave you this assignment, hopefully from doing your research and listening to how other students answered this question you will learn to be more appreciative with what you have in our country.
