why do ballpens fail to release ink or release ink but with obscurity or indistinct when they fall?
i really need this be answered. please help.

Because the ball in the tip has been compromised with a defect attributed to sometimes it’s dropped sometimes it’s written on a substance that clogs it up.
That is why gel pens are better.
