I would use poster board,pictures of both from the first day until they get brown, colored pens, glue,and whatever else you think would look good. do not wait until last minute because you will not get a right answer to which browns faster.

1 piece of paper the shade of brown you will consider a banana ripened
put 3 bananas in the fridge abd start timer 1
put 3 bananas on the counter and start timer 2.
see which set of 3 bananas brown fastest. but have a pre-conceived color chart paper of what shade you considered brown. put the paper next to the bananas and when the colors match stop the timer. see which one was fastest.
