allright, now many things can cause conflict, belifes between charaters are diffrent, fights, one compeats with the other. If the conflicts the climax of the story though, it would be rising action BUT ONLY if it is the climax.

Do you mean that you have to write about conflict? If so, things like jealousy and greed would do it. Sporting contests and the desire to win do cause conflict.
