Ok, you might already know that the picture is by fashion illustrator Antonio Lopez whose art styles range from the classical to the modern and the psychadelic.
I’m guessing words you want to use would be say:
1. futuristic- style of dressing almost timeless say if the illustration was done before the 80s, you still see similar-like fashion employed in movies like The Matrix (long coat etc)
2. female empowerment – from her dominating pose, the audience also seem to look UP to her because of the angle of the illustration
