The max discount would have to be less than the regular 10% they offer to employees for regular purchases, but your best option is to find someone who works at an Apple store and offer to give than a kickback on a system since Apple employees are allowed a once-a-year 25% off on a system purchase and three 15% discounts for friends/family members, which is sure to be higher than the discount for being a Starbucks employee.

Usually, at least for my company, it depends on the product you are buying. Mostly though I get an 8% discount on items. If there is an apple store close to you, go check them out and flash a badge or business card letting them know you work for Starbucks. They can tell you what kind of discount they give you. Another way to check is usually companies will post their benefits, including discounts, on a corporate website.

Yes. They get 20% off the basic talk plan, but the discount does not apply to most additional add-ons. My plan is $40/mo, so I get $8/mo off.
