pretty much a resource is where you look to find something, and then when you found that something, WHERE you found it becomes the source. If that makes any sense to ya =)

A source is a person, thing, or activity from which intelligence information is obtained. Whereas, a resource is an available supply that can be drawn on when needed.

actual resource is that resource which is presently being used and we are actually using it using lot of technology potential resource is that resource which is not presently being used and we dont have much technology to use the resource in right way
