Others believe that so others can learn and ur teacher can do ur job.

I believe that people want you to go to school because the school loses money if u don’t. If u’re a good student, yuo’re more likely to attend and therefore the school gets more money. If u’re a good student and not distracting others, the school willl get more funding due to high test scores. If you’re good and become a success in school, society benefits because the standard of living increases. Therefore the whole world benefits from u acting well in class.

Behavior in calss is essential for the learning process. Bad behavior is disruptive to other students. If everyone just did whatever they wanted to – that’s chaos and how would anyone ever actually learn anything?

For example, if someone speaks out of turn all the time, it interrupts the lesson being given and the students who are paying attention get less of the information from the instruictor.

Students learn because they have a fundamental belief that the teacher has a knowledge and experience that commands attention. If little Mark misbehaves and disrupts the class he is challenging the authority of the teacher. If students do not respect the teacher, they will not listen and more importantly they will not learn. It is important for the teacher to be able to handle the students, or every effort of the teacher to teach will be a waste.

One example: if you don’t behave, you can disrupt the learning experience for the other students. In that case, the teacher might remove you from the class.

Because it’s pretty darn hard to learn/hear the teacher/complete your classwork when other students are loud/running around/talking on cell phones. It’s very distracting.

Raise your hand if you have a question.

Don’t stick your gum under your desk.

Don’t stick pencils up in the ceiling.

Stay quiet and do your work.

if a kid is disruptive, then that disrupts the learning process for other kids. its harder to learn when a kid is teasing a teacher or when the teacher is frustrated becuase they can blow up at the slightest question.

If people are talking it is hard to hear. If people are fooling around it is a big distraction. You are there to learn not to fool around.

To limit distraction.

If someone is misbehaving, others will be distracted and not be able to do school work.
