The manager is responsible for the day to day operations and may or may not be the owner. The owner is the money man who may or may not be the manager.

A manager only takes care of the business and employees, an owner owns the company and the final word is always his. Managers run the store usually and oversee what is going on. Owners do a lot more of the business transactions and sign checks

A manager runs the business but does not own it. A business owner OWNS the business.

The owner actually owns the whole company, He is the “BIG CHEESE”. But the manager is the guy who the owner hired to talk of of his business while he is out doing whatever he chooses.

First of all, do you understand english? Because those are very self-explanatory terms. The manager manages, whereas the owner owns.
