Nothing..till The Govt of India does something about it, we r gonna brag about Illiteracy in our whole life. I just dont understand why dont our Hindi gets the status which English has in our country. In France ppl speak French, Japan speaks Japenese but when it comes to Indians speaking Hindi, we r called as Uneducated & Illiterate, Why cant we speak & write Hindi in our offices or even talk in Hindi overseas. Education department & Govt itself is the biggest failure when it comes to imparting education to poor. Ehh, some issues in India are never gonna b sorted ever.

Well, it is one of the most spoken languages in the world. Also it is the official language of 2 countries, India and Fiji. Also there is a large amount of Hindi literature going back to at least the 14th century.
