What do Central buisness districts have, in general, in relatrion to goods, shops, population?

Goods – high order, secondary goods
Shops – shops selling these goods. In the CBD, most likely to find big name brands (e.g. Marks and Spencers) as they can afford the high land rental. More common are banks, large scale compay offices etc.
Population – If you mean housing, then little but of high value. Modern flats (take up less ground space). People who occupy these areas are generally young, single, affluent professionals
