-Short bullet point format

-Your presentation should follow the same order (so that it is easy to understand what you are saying)

-Subtitles make it easier to read

-Put keywords in bold type

-Make sure that all the important points of your presentation are on the handout

-Don’t include too much info (otherwise it can become cluttered)

-Your topic should be easily recognizable

-Best if it is only one side of a sheet of paper

a handout should be :-

1) with all necesarry points but short …eg:- a few plants are green which have cholorophyll but the ones which are not green lack it ..

this line can be rewriiten as – ONLY green plants consist of cholorphyll and others do not!

2) it should have all imporant data so that later on no body can say that something was missing from handout

3) it should have diagrams …wherever necessaaaryy

4)it should have very big or complicated language ..it should easy to read and understand ..every particual thing sahould be very clear , up to the point and understandable

5)after giving the handout you must also guide the students a few things realted to handouts ..like if you have underlined something then you must tell them that things underlined/highlighted are most important

6) data which is very imporant ..must be underlined or highlighted
