What are some literary elements in the metamorphosis by franz kafka?

I need major conflict, themes, symbols in the book, and figure of speeches, such as metaphors and similes

A lot of the conflict was internal. Gregor seen himself as an insect because of his state in life. He was unhappy in life and felt like he was nothing more than a bug. People think that he actually became a bug, but he didn’t. We learned this in 12th grade AP english lit.

If I recall correctly, the sister was hardly ever noticed throughout the book because much of the attention was on Gregor, but once the family left him, the sister “metamorphed” into a beautiful girl.

This is what I can remember right now. If I can recall more, I’ll add it here.

im glad you’re honest enough to say it’s homewrk.

gregor doesn’t seem to have any purpose in life; he just goes around doing his boring job like a bug. it shows the human tendency to ignore or condemn those who are different when his family reject him.he does the human thing of hiding away in the living room in order not to upset his family
