what are some landforms externally shaped versus those internally shaped?

this is a project i have to do and thats a question the ask me

The externally shaped landforms are made by wind, water, maybe fire, as those elements shape and re-form the landscape. Think of a desert’s sands, the dunes are constantly being shifted by the wind. And the water’s edge – constantly being sculpted by pounding waves.

Internally shaped landforms are those created by forces from within the earth’s core, such as mountains and volcanoes, and their calderas.
