an easy way to no if something is a multiple of 3 is if you add the #s up and you can divide it by 3 then it is. that probably makes little scents so here are some examples.

27 2+7=9/3= 3 so it is.

38 3+8 =11/3= 3.66…. so no

18 1+8=9/3= 3 so yes

Using Sigma notation, Sigma 3^i, i=1 to infinity.

(The sum of all 3^i, starting with 3^1 and ending with 3^infinity).

It’s easier writing it with Sigma notation, otherwise you just get an infinitely long list of numbers: 3,6,9,12,15, …

However, if you mean “factors” of 3, then it’s just 1 and 3 as the other person said.
