Spartan – a citizen of sparta

Demagogue – politian of some kind

Balance of Power – the dynamic of which factions hold power

Power Vacuum – power up for grabs, and the resulting grab for power

Empire Management – holding onto power in an empire

Draconic – extremely harsh penal system

Sovereignty – king, warlord, president, prime minister etc. over a nation

Hegemony – citizens of the same background like same colour, race, creed, religion. (not multicultural)

Isonomy – dont know

Tyrant – technicaly it is a person who holds power thats is not lawful. example is a military leader assuming power as a king would. it can also mean a malevolent leader
