leader is someone that can manage to solve problems in ayway in any situation and it also means someone who can really define his/her members needs but in a rigth and effective way……..and the most important thing is EVERYONE IS IMPRESSED BY HIM/HER NOT EVEN ONE OR HALF THAT’S NOT IMPRESSED BY HIM/HER…..for me, a person who have these qualities is a real LEADER

Some one who does actually what he/she was elected to do. If they were elected on the platform that they were going to change something for the betterment of you and followed through with that promise, great. Unfortunately in America there hasn’t been a person like that since before John Adams. Every politician who wants to get elected tells the public what they will do to help them once in office. Then after they attain their goals, immediately forget what they told their constituents. Why? Because if they did what they said they were going to do, they would stay poor, like us. You can only get rich in politics if you can lie to God with a staight face, so lying to the public is nothing to them as they continue to steal your hard earned wages. In my opinion.

It depends on the depth of the stream and what type of fish you’re tryin’ to catch. A great leader has the correct balance between the bait, the weight and float.

If you’re talkin’ about leading people, look up Ronald Reagan.

generally, someone who can obtain the respects from people he’s leading.

a leader should understand his subordinate, respect them as well, be truthful to them, (blah blah… etc, something like that)

i don’t really agree with ‘without help from others’, no one is perfect.

i think a good leader should know what he’s capable of, know what his subordinate capable of, and know how to use their skill.
