Your question is predicated on an error. The earth is not round, but an oblate spheroid. The notion of upside down is relative to gravitaional pull. “Down” is the direction of gravity. Gravity is centered in the earths central mass.

This is an amazing question!! I have never thought about this before but once I read your question..my mind went to thinking!! Necessarily if you were able to and you walked the earth then you had someone watch you from space..technically you are upside but there is this thing called gravity that keeps you to the ground!! That is my opinion because if there wasn’t gravity, no one would be able to live at the bottom of the earth because they would fall into space/nowhere!! Hopes ths helps. The people sare upside down but it’s gravity that keeps them from falling and they don’t even now that they are upside down. We know when we are because all our blood rushes to our head!! With them gravity must be very strong!!

Because in relation to the Earth everwhere is up. Down is anything toward the Earth’s center.
