This is important please help.?

1.Provide three examples from your own family where a word or phrase has two different meanings. How could these cause problems at the dinner table?

2.Communications between individuals often breakdown. List at least six things that interfere with or act as barriers to successful communication between people.

3. Translators are always trying to use the right word to convey meaning and feeling of the sender but invariably this does not always turn out to be so. Give an example.

If you can answer any of the questions it would be very helpful. This is like a survey so please answer. thanks

Please answers the questions one by one.

I’ll give you one example for each question, maybe that will help get you started thinking of more:

1. When I was a kid, my mom thought “making out” just meant flirting, so she would tell my dad that she saw me making out after school and I would want to die of embarrassment.

2. One barrier to communication is assumptions–if someone assumes that I’m angry with them, they might take something I write or say the wrong way, no matter how I mean it.

3. I don’t know if this is what you’re looking for for this one, but I always think it’s funny when translated Chinese menus use the word “fungus” instead of mushroom. Yum, Szechaun Fungus.
