these are called ‘preposition’ or ‘phrasal verb’ or anything else

its not called anything….it is just two words

If you have only the 2 word phrases that you list, they are simply called commands. The words “take”, “shut,” “get,” and “run,” are all verbs. “over,” “up,” and “out” are all adverbs.
