Puedo jugar tenis is correct. It means you can play tennis. Digo a mis amigos historias could make sense I guess but it would be better if you said, Digo historias a mis amigos. Or to put it all in one sentence, ‘Le voy a decir a mis amigos que puedo jugar tenis y luego les voy a contar historias.’ Have fun!

In the Latin Language the word poder has the definition “to be able to” And Puedeo jugar tennis. makes sense in the Latin Language . ( i believe) To translate that sentence you would get “I am able to play tennis”. Coming from a Spanish family, i don’t see why it would not make sense. Are you currently learning the Spanish Language ? If you need any more assistance feel free to email me at [email protected]

Spanish from Spain is significantly different from the one used in most Latin America, however in this particular exercise the distinction in not necessary. Anyway, it’s giving you answers and asking you to write questions that would receive these answers. 1. Mi padre se llama Tom (My father’s name is Tom) ¿Cómo se llama su padre? (What’s your father’s name) 2.No, no tengo un tio (No, I don’t have an uncle) ¿Tiene usted un tío? (Do you have an uncle?) 3. hay catorce personas mi familia (There are fourteen people in my family) ¿Cuantas personas hay en su familia? (How many people are there in your family?) 4. Si mi sobrina es sorda (Yes, my niece is deaf) ¿Es sorda su sobrina? (Is your niece deaf?) 5. Su hermana usa lentes (His/her sister wears glasses) ¿Usa lentes su hermana? (Does his/her sister wear glasses?) 6. Ella es mi nieta (She’s my granddaughter) ¿Quien es ella? (Who is she?) – or – ¿Es ella su nieta? ( Is she your granddaughter?) For this I’m using the more formal “usted” instead of “tu”. They can be used interchangeably, but usted is more often used in formal written tasks for people learning Spanish. Hope this helps! 🙂
