Make a list of as many things as you can remember that you did on your vacation. Did you travel? Go to the beach? Attend parties? Play sports? Have a job? Visit with family? Have visitors at your house? Then write a few sentences about each thing that you list and before you know it you will have a LONG paragraph. Best of luck with it.

Only you know the details of your summer vacation. To make your report better, just remember to adequately cover all those details by telling who, when, where, how, what etc. Be very descriptive using lots of adverbs and adjectives. Example: instead of saying “I went to the pool” say “The heat was roasting the backs of my legs as I walked to the swimming pool each afternoon. I enjoyed these walks. The skies were clear and bright blue and mirrored the cool aqua of the water. ” See what I mean? You can decorate any old sentence with descriptive words. Good luck! Your report will be awesome.
