What is [(3)/(x+2)] / [(6)/(x)] simplified? Please show me how to simplify this step by step?

Remember: To divide is to multiply by the reciprocal. So, first, let’s change the division to multiplication:
[(3)/(x+2)] [(x)/(6)]
Now, we have a 3 in the numerator that cancels with the 6 in the denominator, leaving a factor of 2. Nothing else reduces.
x / [2(x+2)]
