hey i have to write a essay, 4000 words by tomorrow. i left it till last minuet again haha. what does protein, carbohydrates, fats and minerals do i think protein is repair and maintenence but i not sure i think i went zzzzzz in the lesson lol please help mee

Proteins are used to build and repair tissues. Carbs provide energy. Fats for energy and minerals to regulate and build cells. That’s 21 words – you will need to expand a little to get to 4,000. Good luck.

r u serious 4000 words. thats a lot. how are you suposed to do that by just telling what minerals, fasts, carbs, and protein are. Thats crazy. Sorry i cant help though, the last time i even heard those words at school was in 7th grade.
