Science Fair……..Wah???????????

I have to do a Science Fair Project and it as to be finished by November 15th.

I’m thinking about doing this: Compare rate of plant growth using two different growth hormones.

I’m in the 7th Grade, and I kinda wanna win 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or Honorable Mention this year. Every year I do some easy project that will get me and A, but this year we’re not aloud to do that this year. Since this is my last year doing Science Fair I kinda wanna do something, you know “1st place material.” Do you think this will be a good project or not? If not what should I do?

How can I get two different plant hormones and where can I get them. Please help me, I need to know, I have to know what I’m doing by Friday. PLease Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ~Makenzie♥

You can try fertilizer. For example, get a plant and buy fertilizer brand names. Plant the seeds and add the fertilizer. Keep an accurate record of how much each plant grew with the type of fertilizer. Great idea by the way! Make sure it’s attention-grabbing. E-mail me if you want any more suggestions.

I actually think that anything using plants is BORING. Instead use one of these ideas: http://www.sciencebuddies.org/mentoring/project_ideas.shtml

First Place material
