If you’re making a poster, put fun little stickers and arrows on it but be careful: Don’t make it too overcrowded.

Use the stuff that teachers use to border bulletin boards around posters.

Color is ALWAYS a good thing.

Use a fun font relating to your subject.

If you are writing or drawing something by hand, be neat and use a ruler.

If you’re doing a project on a country, Kenya, for example, put little animals native to Kenya on your poster.

Use charts, teachers like that.

Don’t be afraid to go 3-D, put stuff popping off of your poster.

Along with a poster, try to use something that people can pick up, feel, etc.

Dress up relating to your topic for your presentation.

If you’re willing to, give little freebies. IE, if you were doing a report about the history of…I dunno….Sharpies, hand out Sharpie minis to the class *and the teacher!*

Try using colored or patterned paper instead of regular printer paper.

Use a uniquely shaped poster. IE, if you were doing a project on … snails…cut out your posterboard to the shape of a snail.

Stick to a color theme or design relating to your topic.

ALL of these will be a little boost to your project. Hope I helped!
