Rearrange this sentence: The only thing is that swimming in the hazardous waste could result in disease….?

I need that sentence reworded to not include be, is, am, has, or any other of the weak verbs (which are verbs derived from be, do, has, and get in this case). In addition, the initial three words must remain the same. My English teacher said that I had to use “the only thing.”

I’m just having trouble with this one…

Sorry, it does seem very hard. Anyone?

Swimming in hazardous waste results in disease – could be enough if you aren’t required to use the only thing

Disease: the only thing wrong with swimming in hazardous waste.

That sounds like a bad slogan though.

If you don’t die from it, disease remains the only thing that could result from swimming in hazardous waste.
