1. (-3)(x)(x)(x)(x)(x)
2. (j-3k)(j-3k)(j-3k)
3. (7)(t)(t)(-4r)(-4r)(-4r)(-4r)
It’s hard doing it with only parenthesis, but I can’t use x to represent multiplication XD
This is easy homework, just remember that the exponent only applies to the last item, unless they are in parenthesis in which case it applies to the whole thing.
In the case of -3x^5, since it’s not in parenthesis, you only apply the exponent to the x.
In the case of (j-3k)^3, you apply the exponent to (j-3k) because it’s all in parenthesis.
