k i have a project for spanish and i need some help. Its on hispanic week so i would like to know from all the people who are spanish wat r some of the holidays u celebrate when ur in the U.S. like spanish holidays and please give detail. such as day of the dead do u do the same things they do in spain, argentina, and all those other places or something different? please give details cause i have to do a detailed report thanks so much!

First of all, Spanish holidays are one thing, Mexican holidays are another… just because people speak spanish doesn’t mean they are Spanish or have anything to do with Spain… so you have to decide what you’re looking for – Mexico celebrates Dia De Los Muertos… it’s not a Spanish celebration – know those things, can you ask a more specific question…

I’m not Mexican. there is a holiday called cinco de mayo which means May 5th. This is like the forth of July. Independence day. That’s all I know
