I walked out onto the seashore and felt the cool sand between my toes. I could smell the salt in the air. I looked down and saw a crab crawling out of it’s burrowed home in the sand. It seemed skittish as I heard it rustle in the direction away from me. I walked towards the breaking waves and dipped my hands in the water. It felt cool and sticky. I brought the water up to my face and tasted the salt on my tongue.

I really think you should write your own as I’m sure your teacher wants to read your work and not ours but I do have some suggestions. You can write paragraphs about what your favorite sense is and what order the others fall in. For example, My favorite sense is the sense of smell. I love to smell the salty ocean breeze and know it’s time for relaxation. The smell of crayons reminds me of my elementary school days… ect. My second favorite sense of smell is… etc. Or since you mentioned being creative you could write about what sense you would most hate to lose, and then list the ones you think you’d be able to cope with giving up.

I was thinking about this not long ago, I closed my right eye, then my left eye, and watched as the world shifted left and right. So which position was the world actually? Two positions at once, according to my senses? There are probably a tonne more senses which we simply do not have to ability to sense, the way that a blind mole can not see. That mole doesn’t know how much it’s missing out on, maybe that’s the same with us. A whole different universe full of secrets which we simply do not know about. Nice question

As I look at my screen and see the symbols align themselves into sentences, I hear the click of the keys. I am looking forward to finishing your homework and having a taste of merlot which offers such promise through its bouquet that wafts in the air and tempts me with a smell that titillates my olfactory senses..

I felt the rumble of a fart and hoped my underwear was not stained. I looked around the room to see if anyone else heard it, too. As the odor filled the cafeteria, others began to smell it, and they fled outdoors. I finished eating my delicious tasting apple pie along with some of theirs left behind.

I like to TOUCH flowers. The roses smell the best. They also look the prettiest. I wonder if i could just taste them, so hear what they sound like on my teeth

You could steal one of these, or you could write one of your own. What about a restaurant? Think of your favorite restaurant, and describe the sounds of the people, the taste of the food….

i remember holding your hand in mine, breathing the air around you and knowing exactly how you smelled, i remember looking into your eyes and seeing only me, the taste of bitter sweet love, and the sound of only our hearts beating as one
