People see us how we see ourselves?
I am writing an essay on how people see us how we see ourselves. and Am currently stuck on what to write about. any ideas to help me get writing, would be helpful. thanks

It isn’t really true, so that’s a problem right there. Some people have low self-esteem and see themselves as worthless while others think they are just fine. It can go the opposite way, too.
There are sick people who prey on those with low self esteem, but for the most part they know they are doing it.

Saying people see us how we see ourselves means that what you give out you get in return. So you can say something like your self confidence shows in your actions, like if you feel horrible about yourself all the time you are going to carry yourself in that way/ how you feel and people will feel horrible around you as well as you feeling that way. Its a sort psychological thing. Does that make sense at all?
