I live in Waikiki, Hawaii.
Landmark–Diamond Head Crater; Iolani Palace (only royal property in the USA)
Person–King Kamehaha the Great (King Kamehaha unified the Hawaiian islands)
Thing–Besides the obvious palm trees and coconuts? Try the state fish “humuhumunukunukuapa’a”… It’s a rainbow fish, and native only to the Hawaiian Islands.
Place–Ala Moana Center–the US’s 3rd largest shopping mall and the US’s largest open air shopping mall.
