Math Homework help!!!!?

this isnt true can u tell me how u got it or show ur work im totally confused

At irvs cycle rental shop, Irv rents all kinds of cycles: unicycles, tandem bikes, and even tricycles. He parks all the cycles in front of his shop with a helmet for each rider strapped to the cycles. This morning Irv counted 57 helmets and 115 wheels parked in front of his store, He knows he has an equal number of unicycles and tandem bikes he also knows that he has 32 regular bikes. How many unicycles tandem bikes and tricycles does he have.!!!

ok unicycles have 1 wheel thing, tandems have 2, and tricycles have 3

ITS SOOOO CONFUSING PLEASE HELP ME

So the 32 regular bikes have 64 wheels, and 115 – 64 = 51 more wheels. And 57 – 32 = 25 more cycles. You know there are the same number of unicycles and tandems, so if x is the number of unicycles, x would also be the number of tandems and 25 – 2x would be tricycles. 1x + 2x + 3(25-2x) = 51 wheels

3x + 75 – 6x = 51

Solve that for x and go from there.

something with the question is wrong

first how many wheels have each kind of bike

uni- 1 wheel

regular – 2 wheels

tandem – 3 wheels

tri – 4 wheels

correct me if I am wrong

second if you do the math you get a fraction and that cant be you do not have a piece of bike.
