k(x^2)-3x+2=0

When the discriminant of the quadratic formula is greater than zero, then you will have two real roots.

The discriminant is b^2 -4ac

From the above equation, a = k, b = -3, and c = 2.

Plugging in you get

(-3)^2 – 4(k)(2)

= 9 – 8k

Set this to be greater than zero and solve for k.

9 – 8k > 0

Add 8k to both sides

9 > 8k

Divide both sides by 8

9/8 > k

Flip

k < 9/8

if x =2 then the promblem is 3+2 that =5 and so u do 5+2=7 k=2 and x=2 only if x=2 or x1=2 and x2=1

in case you like help awareness the owing to paintings with quadratics, you are able to coach your paintings. you assert, “each and every element I do seems incorrect.” yet, you do no longer grant any help for what you’re doing. coach your efforts for help in awareness your errors. interior the countless case, you may could undertake an finished communicate of quadratic ideas, a subject remember which runs to a minimum of two chapters on your textbook. in case you opt to appreciate, you’re able to do extra perfect than in trouble-free words placed up problems.

You COULD do your own homework. You could even put the formula into Excel or Lotus.

You might even draw a parabola.
