you need to have a order like a presidet or dictator or just decide that the group will vote on every matter and go with majority.

you also need jobs so make a plan on how to decide who gets what one like get a round peice of wood and flip it to decide

you to declare there will be no hitting or physical fighting this will prevent future conflict

also you have to have consiquinces in case some one did not do their job or was fighting maybe like the worst job or having to say one night outside the shelter. these might be punishments

lastly you need a way to get home. i would say everyday at a certain time everyone is required to bring so many logs or vines to the beach to help build a raft. that way no one is stuck with the job and everyone is helping to get off the island
